Sam Stringer
Born and raised in Sarasota, Florida, Sam built his experience in facility management and hospitality logistics, developing both hands-on restoration skills and a strong focus on planning and execution. Those experiences gave him the confidence to found Stringer Surfaces, where he is committed to repairing, restoring, and protecting properties with dependable, professional service.

Jared comes from a family with deep roots in the construction industry and is currently working toward becoming a third-generation general contractor. Having been around construction from a young age, he combines that life long experience with mechanical knowledge developed while managing multiple marinas, where he worked with new engines, diesel machines, and electrical systems.
Director of OperationStringer Surfaces began as a local pressure washing company with a simple goal: deliver quality work and earn every customer's trust. As our experience grew, so did our services, expanding into repairs, restorations, and protection solutions to better serve our clients' properties. We're now working toward offering paver and hardscape installations, but we'll always be proud of where we started and remain committed to providing the pressure washing and exterior cleaning services that built our business.
